CEMEX Rockfield Quarry Modification Project

Fresno County, CA

Cemex has announced a modification project to boost the local economy and create jobs by investing over $50 million over five years to upgrade its Fresno-area Rockfield plant and ready-mix operations. It also includes a reclamation plan that transforms land previously mined into open space to protect local habitats and wildlife for future generations.

This website introduces a project that protects over 200 existing jobs and creates hundreds more. It spotlights Cemex’s dedication to responsible mining practices, environmental sustainability, and the advantages of locally sourced aggregates, which are vital for economic development and making housing and public infrastructure more affordable.

To bring about this project, our employees are asking for your support.
